• Development: and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market — owning pipeline generation, deal progression, and bookings targets from prospecting through close, while navigating the unique governance structures of multi-employer health & welfare funds
• Collaboration: closely with Client Success, Marketing, and Product to surface market feedback, support RFP/RFI responses, refine Maven's Labor positioning, and ensure seamless handoffs from sale to implementation
• Represent Maven at key Labor industry conferences, trade shows, and fund events to build brand awareness and source new opportunities in the segment
• Be a thought leader and champion for the Labor market internally, sharing intelligence from the field to help Maven continuously sharpen its value proposition and go-to-market approach
• What You'll Bring:
• 6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting, with a demonstrated track record of closing large, complex contracts within the collectively bargained marketplace and consistently exceeding quota
• Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor complex clinical and financial narratives for a range of audiences — from trustees and fund administrators to benefits consultants
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive — you thrive in fast-paced environments, are energized by building in a nascent market segment, and are comfortable with ambiguity and travel (approximately 50%)
• Comfort with data and analytics, with the ability to interpret and discuss performance metrics and financial models fluently in conversations with stakeholders across all levels of understanding
• The OTE salary range for this role is $358,000–$420,000 per year
