• Manages Workday system configuration and integration for the following areas:- Recruiting/Compensation/Performance Management/Talent Management
• Collaborates with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design

Essential requirements and candidate background

• REQUIRED:
• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
• Work experience may be considered in lieu of education qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience working in user requirement analysis and software development
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• HCM technical and functional background with extensive hands-on experience in HRMS system support and Workday system configurations
• Analytic skills with demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the operational of HR functions and processes
• Troubleshoot an issue and provide expeditious end to end resolution for high impact issues
• Possess a technical knowledge of.NET-based framework with MVC architectures, and hands-on experience in programming: ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API and MS SQL database
• Experience: Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI/Apps/Automate
• Experience and knowledge of managing and configuring Workday system in Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management and Talent Management related modules

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Knowledge: HR processes, policies and procedures strongly preferred
• Experience: React, SSRS, SSIS, Window/Web Service, Oracle database is preferred
