• Leadership: end-to-end solution design and delivery for small and large business requirements aligned with Syngenta's GSM standards
• Drive fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders, researching processes and gathering requirements
• Preparation: comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and review solution designs
• Collaboration: with our System Implementation partners and Application Support teams to ensure successful delivery
• Management: Stakeholders & Integration
• Act as the bridge between Business users, IS organization, Business Architecture, and crosstower teams
• Management: cross-functional integration points across Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams
• Review: and approve key deliverables including Solution Design Documents, FRS, and Testing plans
• Leadership: Implementation & Support
• Delivery: steady-state support for small change delivery
• Research / execution: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for business users
• Tracking: and resolve hypercare issues post-deployment
• Work: with cutting-edge technologies

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Understanding: SAP module integration (FI, CO, MM with other modules)
• Experience writing Functional Specifications for ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces,
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle
• Take initiative and drive projects independently
• CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance required
