• Design, develop, test, and maintain software that meets the needs of both customers and internal teams

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
• 9+ years of software development experience
• Technical expertise in cloud technologies like Java, python, Kotlin, Spring
• Assist in the upkeep of code quality, reusability, and continual code evaluation
• Investigate and apply new technologies to enhance the user experience
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions using creative, unconventional approaches
• Understanding: Software Architecture and Design principles, Behavior-Driven Development and unit testing
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Experience: Generative and Agentic AI for software development
• Experience working with JavaScript, JavaFX or GUI development
• Understanding: DevOps including JIRA, Confluence and GitLab preferred
