• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and customers
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
• Sharing the best practices with other project managers
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in hardware project management, with a focus on SoC/MCU development
• Able to communicate in both Japanese & English
• Track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex hardware projects
• Understanding: MCU/SoC architecture, design, and verification processes
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, environment

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
