• Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Washington is: $198,720 - $260,820 per year
• The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $178,848 - 234,738 per year

• Set, drive and execute the department's strategy and vision to enhance the overall value and impact of the Member Experience Program, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities
• Understand the competitive landscape, member needs, and relevant healthcare and consumer trends; serve as a thought leader for the MemX department
• Work: cross functionally to bring new ideas to life, build alignment and drive accountability through influence and indirect leadership
• Leadership: the planning and program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
• Own and continuously evaluate the financial, operational, and performance of the department
• Report to Senior Leadership on the health of the business, strategic priorities, performance, risks, and required decisions
• Drive the budgeting process and the fiscal performance of the team in partnership with the leadership team

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field
• 6+ years of management experience
• 3+ years experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives

Education and qualification routes

• Degree / qualification: Master's degree

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Clinical licensure
• Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare
• Experience modeling in Excel / Google Sheets
