• Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise People Analytics and Workforce Planning capabilities, with a understanding of workforce analytics, organizational design and strategic workforce planning
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights
• Analytical, communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Experience: a high-growth SaaS or technology company, with expertise in Workday and modern people analytics platforms (e.g., Visier, Tableau or Power BI); experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives within HR is preferred
