• Freshworks is looking for a Lead - Procurement Systems to join the Procurement Operations team
• Be responsible for administration, configuration and maintenance of the systems and tools managed by the Procurement team

• Support: various systems, business processes, will require the establishment of key partnerships across the organization, such as IT
• The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a collaborative, resourceful and independent self-starter
• Cross functional partnerships across Freshworks to drive procurement systems improvements and successful implementations
• Demonstrate complete understanding of system design and functionality by being able to identify potential issues and offer creative solutions and alternatives
• Effectively communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team
• Procurement system administration, configuration and maintenance
• Management: data and system migrations
• Supports activities related to procurement system implementation and improvement
• Assess the training needs of end users, develop/enhance training materials, and deliver effective training programs

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software required

• 5+ years’ experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, or system implementation
• Experience: the design and deployment of new systems and processes at scale with an emphasis on continuous process improvement
