Responsibilities and work described

• An experienced and technically Assistant Manager – HPLC (Vitamins) to join our laboratory team
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HPLC-based vitamin analysis, method development/validation, laboratory operations, quality compliance, and team management
• Management: and oversee HPLC analysis of vitamins in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related samples
• Execution: and supervise sample preparation, instrument operation, data processing, and interpretation of chromatographic results
• Quality / delivery: effective utilization, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HPLC systems
• Handle method development, method validation, verification, and routine implementation of analytical methods for vitamin testing
• Review: chromatograms, analytical data, calculations, worksheets, and test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Quality / delivery: laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with applicable SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory/accreditation requirements
• Monitoring: laboratory productivity, sample turnaround time, workflow, and instrument utilization
• Delivery: technical guidance, training, and support to analysts and other laboratory team members
• Support: internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of observations
• Coordination: with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of testing activities and timely delivery of results
• Drive initiatives related to continuous improvement, laboratory efficiency, quality, and data integrity

Essential requirements and candidate background

• M.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in HPLC analysis, preferably with significant exposure to vitamin testing

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Experience working in a NABL/ISO or other regulated laboratory environment would be an advantage
