• Explain model behaviors and technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders across CX, Legal, and Product teams
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
