• The BD Solution Manager orchestrates a customized solution incl. various product and service instances and applies them in a real-life context at the customer, thus providing the best possible customer experience and fast value delivery
• This covers Solution Lifecycle Management incl. roadmap, professional consulting services around our product and service portfolio and delivering sustainable end to end solution based on the needs of the customers
• Overall Tasks:
• Manages customer requirements (if necessary, with the respective Product Owner), including gathering input for IT products or services development
• Drives the business value of the solution during the whole life cycle in alignment with the customer strategy
• Proactively consults the GE (operating unit) optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization
• Defines solution roadmap and covers the planning process in close alignment with all contributing solution squads and integrated products and services
• Ensures that all stakeholders, especially but not limited to product owner, in and outside the squad are aligned where required

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Educational qualification: 1
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent, Masters in Business Administration
• Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Service or Consulting Industry, including P&L and people management
• Experience: software development, implementation and lifecycle management
• Mandatory/requires Skills: Hands-on experience in technologies like, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI,
• Net Framework, LCNC, Microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good working knowledge of DevOps, CICD, SAFe, etc

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Good Leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills
