• Job Summary:
• The SAP S/4HANA Project Manager plays a critical role in leading, orchestrating, and successfully delivering enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (including new implementations and global rollouts) to support Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s strategic business goals
• Project Planning & Scoping: Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and master project plans in partnership with solution architects and business stakeholders
• Methodology Execution: Apply the SAP Activate Methodology across all phases—Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run
• Resource & Budget Management: Acquire & allocate cross-functional project resources, manage budgets, track operational costs, and control project burn rates
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Maintain and monitor risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and resolving bottlenecks before they impact project delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and clear communication loops between executive leadership, business process owners, and technical teams
• Quality Gate Management: Oversee quality assurance criteria, system testing phases (system integration tests and user acceptance tests), and sign-offs across key Quality Gates using tools like SAP Solution Manager or ALM
• Cutover & Go-Live Strategy: Coordinate detailed cutover plans, data migration tasks, hyper-care support transition, and post-go-live issue resolution
• People Management: people management skills to steer the project team towards successful results

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall IT/SAP ecosystem experience
• Minimum of 3–5 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects managed in a leadership capacity
• Experience: leading global SAP S/4 HANA implementations
