Essential requirements and candidate background

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• English Language Level: B2/C1
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar network management, technical implementation or consulting role
• CCNP/CCIE level or equivalent
• Practical knowledge of IP networking and routing fundamentals, including IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, TCP/IP, VLANs, Ethernet, and network switching concepts
• Good understanding of BGP routing concepts, including route propagation, routing policies, local preference, AS paths, and AS-path prepending
• Deep knowledge of routing principles and the interaction between regional, WAN, and interconnected network environments
• Familiarity: routers, WAN edge devices, switches, interfaces, network links, and interconnection infrastructure
• Collect and interpret network diagnostic information, including routing tables, interface statistics, device logs, connectivity tests, and network monitoring information
• Knowledge: cisco IOS-XE and NXOS operating systems
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and DevOps, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Work independently while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach
