• Product Engineering:- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction
• Project Management: Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments
• Quality And Risk Management:-Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement
• Innovation Management:- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

• Knowledge Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering
• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)
• 1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation
