• Continuous improvement and change initiatives:Motivate and coach associates into active engagement of learning, problem-solving & identifying potentials in manufacturing for Kaizens, suggestions on SQCD to enable operational excellence
• Implementation: organizational change initiatives to bring transformational improvements to VS performance
• Coaching & skill development:Organize and train new associates for the production lines
• Tracking: & monitor skill levels of existing associates
