Essential requirements and candidate background

• Knowledge on MSA, capability studies & Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Experience: Quality Systems, Shainin,Tools & Techniques
• Knowledge on Quick changeover
• Understanding: Process specifications and confirming to the defined standards and specifications
• Knowledge on I4.0, BPS, SAP and EWAK
• Knowledge on Lean manufacturing (BPS) & Change initiatives
• Assert oneself
• With 2-5 year experience and min 2 years of experience in Shop floor Management or related role
• Willingness to travel as per business requirement

Experience and professional background

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry (Preferred)

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Good Communication: Presentation & Command over English (Kannada Preferred)
