• BGSW is looking for an experienced AI Technology Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization
• In this role, you will define AI architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and enable the successful adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies across business functions
• Work: closely with global teams to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI platforms that deliver business value
• Design: and define enterprise architecture for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions
• Development: architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption
• Leadership: solution architecture for strategic AI products, platforms, and transformation initiatives
• Drive AI engineering excellence through MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, observability, governance, and security
• Quality / delivery: seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and data ecosystems
• Delivery: architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and production support
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaboration: with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI platforms
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI
• Experience: Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms
• Experience: MLOps, containerization, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration
• Delivery management of AI platform architecture, scalability, and production deployment
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications
• Experience: enterprise governance and security frameworks
• Stakeholder management and consulting skills

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
