• Job Description
• A skilled BIM Modeller – PHE & Fire Fighting to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for Public Health Engineering and Fire Protection systems
• Development: BIM models
• Coordination: PHE & Fire models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ELV and Interior disciplines
• Research / execution: clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes
• Quality / delivery: compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project requirements, and client standards
• Works under general supervision
• Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content
• Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.)

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Diploma/B.E./B
• Tech in Mechanical or related discipline
• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling for building services projects
• Experience: commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, or mixed-use projects
• Proficiency: Autodesk Revit MEP (PHE)
• Knowledge: AutoCAD
• Understanding: PHE design principles and relevant codes/standards
• Knowledge: BIM 360 / ACC will be an advantage

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Understanding: multidisciplinary BIM coordination
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Manage multiple project deadlines effectively
