Essential requirements and candidate background

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering consultancy with projects similar in function, size, and complexity
• Project experience in commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, aviation, and data centre sectors will be an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with M.Tech. in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
• Technical proficiency in RCC, PT, and structural steel analysis, design, and detailing
• Thorough knowledge of Indian Codes is mandatory
• Familiarity: US Codes, British Standards, and Eurocodes will be an added advantage
• Proficiency: SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD
• Pro, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard engineering software
• Experience: BIM workflows, model review, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Knowledge: programming, automation, macros, Excel design tools, and computational platforms such as Dynamo, Python, Rhino, and Grasshopper will be an added advantage
• Experience: supporting construction activities, including RFIs, Tender Queries, Pre-Bid Queries, Technical Submittals, and Design Clarifications
• Experience: engineering planning, resource management, project scheduling, QA/QC processes, and document control
• Commercial awareness with experience in proposal preparation, bid reviews, and engineering effort estimation
